Love this place! My wife and I have gone to Niagara Canada the last two years in a row for our anniversary. We HAVE to stop here whenever we're in the area. I had the Stuffed Chicken and the wife had the Chicken and Ribs. The sauce on my chicken almost brought a tear to my eye it was so good. I went to culinary school and know what seasoning is. This place does too! Our waiter, Walter was great both times we have been here. He let us ask our "American" questions and explained some cultural stuff to us. My wife is a BBQ Connoisseur. So Walter showed us the Whiskey (Forty Creek) from the company that makes it. Unfortunately, we couldn't find a bottle to take back home. The chocolate cake was so good we had to stop back and get a slice to go, before we left town. Overall this is a great place with food and the atmosphere to boot!

Firstly, I would like to say the the customer service here is second to none! Walter treated us as if we were royalty. He took the time to explain our culinary choices in detail and followed up with us regularly to make sure our meals were satisfactory. The food....the bruschetta was fresh from scratch and is probably the best I've eaten; the buffalo wings were perfectly seasoned; the burger was thick and juicy and was freshly made to order using their own cuts of meat. The chicken sandwich I had was very tender and tasty and had a nice little kick of sriracha sauce. Fantastic experience! Too bad I never had the time to return and try a steak. Maybe next time!

Amazing service from start to finish, our waiter was polite and attentive. Food exceeded expectations I highly recommend the bruschetta for an appetizer and a nice steak with their creamy mash potatoes. Can’t wait to come back here next time I visit the falls! 10/10

I had my book launch dinner at Sparks Steak house, and was very pleased with the service. The food was great, staff was friendly, professional and efficient. I was visiting from Atlanta and will definitely return to Sparks the next time I’m in Niagara Falls. Highly recommend.
